Hey friends,

I'm a wife, a mama, and a recovering perfectionist (hello, Enneagram 1). I'm learning to embrace the beauty in imperfection—one loaf of homemade bread at a time. I love to read, learn, and challenge myself to step outside my comfort zone regularly.
I am passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the many emotional and life changes that accompany motherhood. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where mothers can openly explore feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, identity shifts, and other challenges while feeling heard and supported. I help women build coping skills, strengthen self-confidence, and navigate this season with resilience and self-compassion.

As a young child, people would always ask what I wanted to do when I grew up. My answer was always, "I want to help people." I took my passion for servitude into adulthood and it lead me to my profession as a counselor. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston in 2018 (Go Coogs!), and earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Baptist University in 2023.
