    • The outsider… The person who feels like they do not belong. Who feels they are different. Who feels like they are not accepted.

    • The person who feels uncertain about who they are and is struggling to understand themselves.

    • The person who feels isolated and rejected. The person who feels there is absolutely no one who can understand what they are feeling and what they are going through.

    • The person who is tired of being silent and is ready to grow to be their best self.

  • Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, May 2021. Texas A&M University-Kingsville

Bachelor of Arts, Sociology, May 2018 Texas A&M University- Kingsville

I am also a Career Counselor at Texas State University (Go Bobcats!) where I help our students reach their full potential and assist them with the huge transition of student to new professional.

just so you know…

We will work together to understand what your goals of therapy are and how we can work together to reach those goals. I say “we” because I like to see myself as a part of your support system. I will be there to assist you in reaching those goals, and if you happen to stumble, I will be there to help pick you back up. And because we are team members in this, you will see me be my genuine self in our meetings. So that means you will get to see my very real empathy, friendliness (and my humor at times). But that also means that I expect you to be your genuine self with me. I want you to feel comfortable enough to open up to me and know that I am not there to judge you. Instead, with your collaboration, I want to help you realize and reach your goals.
