Hello, I’m Raegan, I’m a New Braunfels native (Go Cougars). When I’m not being bossed around by my weenie dog, I’m usually outside in nature or spending time with my friends and family. I’m always daydreaming, a little all over the place, and learning to embrace my messy way of getting where I want to go. I love a good cold brew, getting lost in music, and cheering on the Spurs.

How I view therapy…

I see therapy as an extra layer of support, not something you seek because you’re broken or in crisis. People are already resilient and capable; sometimes things just get heavy, or you need a space that’s your own. I’m a strong believer that this life is one of creation (however that looks for you) and when you show up, do the work, and engage honestly with the process, change is possible. Therapy isn’t only for major moments; it’s for everyday people navigating their experience in this world. In my eyes, therapy doesn’t have to be soft, pastel, or filled with greeting-card quotes. It can be bold, empowering, and expressive. You don’t need to look or struggle a certain way to be here, just show up as you are, and we’ll work together to make sense of your experiences and emotions within the context of your story.

  • People who are skeptical or not totally sold on the mental health world but know they could use support.

I work with individuals grieving the death of someone important, as well as those navigating other forms of grief, loss of relationships, careers, identity, or direction.

I support people moving through life transitions, searching for meaning, or trying to make sense of change.

I also enjoy working with athletes and individuals in high-pressure environments, including performance anxiety and identity shifts.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio.

I’m currently working toward my PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision at St. Mary’s University.

My work is grounded in a person-centered approach, with influences from existential and solution-focused therapy, and I enjoy incorporating expressive arts, movement, and narrative techniques when they fit the client and the moment.

  • Grief, life transitions, identity exploration, and meaning making. This includes supporting people through the death of someone important, as well as losses related to relationships, careers, family changes, roles, or a sense of direction. I also work with self-esteem concerns, social skills with children, and with athletes and individuals in high-pressure environments navigating performance anxiety, burnout, or identity shifts when a role changes or ends.
